My Foundation

15+ Years of Walking Alongside People in Pain

With a strong foundation in mental health, I've spent over 15 years supporting individuals through therapeutic work, coaching, and trauma-informed care. My background in social pedagogy and extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults have shaped my deep understanding of human emotions, behavior, and healing.

I'm passionate about helping people not just understand themselves, but come back to their true essence, reconnecting to who they are beyond roles, patterns, and past wounds.

I created The Point of Change to guide people through those transformative moments where clarity replaces confusion, self-trust replaces fear, and new possibilities emerge.

“You are a masterpiece, ready to be lived by you in the boldest, most authentic way imaginable.”

My Story

The Question That Changed Everything

Originally from Austria, my journey into this field began early in my youth. I was always deeply curious about mental health and eager to learn everything I could. I read books, chose every relevant subject in school, and ultimately followed this path.

My work started in my early years as a social pedagogue in hospitals and various social institutions, where I worked with children, teenagers, and adults who needed support. One question came to mind again and again: “Is this the only way we can help?”

I saw people being medicated and numbed. When they came off the medication, the change wasn't lasting. That's when I began to wonder if there was another way to heal. A more sustainable path to recovery.

This led me to study Systemic Coaching and Balance Kinesiology. It was through reading Dr. Klinghardt's work that my approach completely shifted: a holistic view combining conventional medicine with alternative therapies, focusing on the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and environmental health.

In my late twenties, I had a breakthrough realization: it's all about awareness. Awareness is the key to healing, to choosing differently, and to creating lasting change. We are not victims of our circumstances.

I am here to guide you on that path.

What I Believe

My Coaching Philosophy

Awareness first

Change cannot happen before we understand what is happening beneath the surface. Awareness is always the first and most important step.

Holistic healing

I look at the whole person: body, mind, emotion, and environment. No symptom exists in isolation. True healing considers all dimensions.

You are not a victim

We can learn from even the most painful experiences. They carry the seeds of the deepest personal growth, when we're ready to look.

Lasting change is possible

I genuinely believe that no matter how stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain you feel, real change is always available. I have witnessed it countless times.
